This is to inform you about a few things that may be important for you to know.
To begin with
The offers on my page are an invitation to you to place a binding order with me. The offers do not constitute offers in the legal sense, thus your order does not constitute a contract.
How to get your own Cazador-del-sol ?
Do you like the "Cazador-del-sol ® | tres" or the "Cazador-del-sol® | uno | yellow"? Just click the "add to basket" button on the product page or on the product detail page. Don't worry, you have not placed a binding order yet. The Cazador-del-sol product is only added to your basket, which is only a virtual shopping cart. Just like in the supermarket you can continue shopping (click the "continue shopping" button) or go directly to the checkout (click the "view basket" button and than "proceed to checkout"). You always get to the checkout, when you click the button with the shopping cart symbol shaded in red in the top right-hand corner and than the "proceed to checkout" button.
At the checkout you go through a two-step ordering process which can be interrupted at any time. You are only liable to pay when you place a binding order by clicking the "place binding order" button of step two "view and order" of the ordering process. All data entered on this page can be changed at any time by means of the buttons shaded in red up to the step when the order is placed, i.e. articles you don't want to buy can be deleted by clicking the trash can icon. Subsequently the order shall be binding for two weeks. Upon placing the order you will receive an e-mail the ordering system sends automatically to the e-mail address you have entered during the ordering process confirming the order. The system only confirms that your order has been received not the order itself.
A contract is only concluded, when I send an order confirmation in writing or in text format (e.g. via e-mail) within two weeks or simply deliverthe goods within this period. If you do not receive the goods or an order confirmation within this period, you are not bound by the order any more.
The goods are delivered to the delivery address you have entered in the delivery address box in the ordering process or to the invoice address you have provided. My goods are delivered by a parcel service chosen by me. If you pay by giropay, PayPal, SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG, Visa or Mastercard, you usually receive your order on the first working day, however, at the latest on the third working day after receipt of your order. If you opt for advance payment by bank transfer you usually receive your order one working day and at the latest six working days after you have placed your transfer order with your bank. Working days are all days except Sundays and bank holidays.
Time-limited offers are clearly marked as such.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices on Cazador-del-sol include VAT and delivery within Germany. The standard delivery rate to other European countries is € 7.50. If you spend € 150.00 or more delivery to all other European countries is free. Standard delivery rate to countries outside the EU is € 40.00. If you spend € 200.00 or more delivery to countries outside the EU is free, too..

You can choose the method of payment during the ordering process, i.e. you can pay by bank transfer to my bank account, via the payment service providers Sofortüberweisung, giropay or paypal or by the credit cards Mastercard and Visa.
Please not that you receive the goods after paying the purchase price.
The goods delivered remain my property until full payment.
You are entitled to cancel this contract within a period of two weeks without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is two weeks from the day you or a third party you have nominated other than the carrier has received the last items.

in a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) about your decision to cancel this contract.You may use the model cancellation form, if you wish, but you are not obliged to.
To observe the cancellation period it shall be sufficient to post the statement that you wish to exercise your cancellation right before expiration of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery we offered), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your statement that you are cancelling your contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We can refuse to return the payment until we have received all goods or until you provide evidence that you have dispatched the goods, whichever is earliest.
You shall send or give back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline shall be met, if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall bear the return shipping cost.
You shall only be liable for any loss of value, if it is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

Guarantee, Warranty and Customer Service
I guarantee that the Cazador-del-sol retains its brilliance and the swinging rod will not break for ten years, if handled according to instructions, otherwise your item will be replaced free of charge.
Within the European Union EU law provides – in addition to this guarantee - a two-year guarantee as of delivery, i.e. if an item you bought from me turns out to be faulty or does not look or work as advertised, you can request that I repair or replace the item you bought from me. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, you can request a refund or reduction in price. In case of pre-owned items the guarantee period may be shorter than two years.
If you claim damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts and/or – irrespective of the degree of fault - by a breach of material obligations under the contract, I shall be liable according to the legal provisions. In these cases, however, I shall only be liable for a typical, predictable damage - unless the claim arises from an intentional or grossly negligent violation of duty. Any damage claim beyond this shall be excluded. Damage claims arising from injury to life, limb or health according to the Product Liability Act as well as damage claims arising from fraudulent concealment of a defect and/or a warranty shall be exempt. In all these cases I shall be fully liable according to the legal provisions.

I always endeavour to meet my obligations. However, I cannot guarantee that I always receive the goods I have ordered from my suppliers. According to the General Terms and Conditions I can therefore withdraw from the contract, if – through no fault of my own – I do not receive the goods I have ordered from my supplier, if said supplier was chosen by me with due diligence. In such a case I will notify you immediately and reimburse the purchase price immediately. Your legal claims remain unaffected.
Storing the Text of the Contract
The text of the contract will be stored and can be viewed by clicking "my account" and "orders" at any time. Nevertheless I recommend to print or store my General Terms and Conditions and your order, which are displayed on your monitor immediately after you have placed your order. In addition, however, you will receive all essential details of the contract by the e-mail confirming your order. My General Terms and Conditions, the instruction on your cancellation right as well as a copy of the information on this page will be attached to this e-mail.
